Order

How can I track my order?

As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you'll receive an email with a Track & Trace code. This allows you to see where your order is and when you can expect it.

I have not received any confirmation

Didn't receive a confirmation email? Check your spam folder and make sure your email address is entered correctly. Something might have gone wrong there.

Can't figure it out? Feel free to send us a message viainfo@skjur.nl.We are happy to look into this with you.

Can I still change anything about my order?

Once your order has been placed, we unfortunately can't make any changes. This applies to canceling your order, adjusting the products, or changing your address.

My order was delivered incorrectly, damaged, or incomplete. Where can I go?

That's certainly not the intention! We want you to be happy with your order.
Send us an email with a photo of the problem toinfo@skjur.nland include your order number. We'll try to resolve it for you as quickly as possible.

My order is delayed, what now?

We do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible. However, it's possible your order may be delayed by the delivery service. We recommend checking the status via your Track & Trace and waiting a little longer.

Has it been more than 5 business days? Please contact our customer service. We'll be happy to look into it for you.

Delivery

When will I receive my order?

If you order on a business day before 9:59 PM and your payment has been successful, your package will be shipped the next day. The delivery service usually takes 1-2 business days to get it to you.

Sometimes there may be a delay with the parcel service. In that case, we'll closely monitor the status and do everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Returns

How long does it take for my money to be refunded?

Once we have received and processed your return, we will refund the purchase amount to your account within 10 working days.

Can I exchange or return my purchase?

We hope you're happy with your order, but if it's not quite what you were looking for, returning it is no problem. You have 14 days from the delivery date to return your product, without giving a reason.

NB:

  • Only unopened products can be returned.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot take back hygiene-sensitive products whose seal has been broken.
  • Returns are only possible for orders placed through our webshop — not through other sales outlets such as Bol.com.

Want a different product? First, return your current order. Once we've received and processed it (within 10 business days), we'll refund the amount. In the meantime, you can reorder the desired product through our webshop.

At skjur®, we believe you choose something new when you're ready, not because the masses are. Our products are fairly priced, all year round.

Of course, we understand that a small discount sometimes helps to try something out. That's why we welcome new customers with a10% discount codeAnd we occasionally surprise our loyal fans with something extra.

But participating in major discount days like Black Friday? That's not our style. We consciously choose quality and value, for you and for our products.

Something went wrong with my discount code, what now?

Of course, that is not the intention. Please contact our customer service viainfo@skjur.nl.We will be happy to look into it for you and try to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Can I use multiple discount codes?

You can use one discount code per order.
Please note: If you return products for which you received a discount, the discount will also expire. Discount codes are not redeemable for cash.

Do I always get a free gift with my order?

With certain promotions, you'll receive a free gift when you reach a certain purchase amount. This will be automatically added to your cart, while supplies last.

Our products

Is the packaging of skjur® products recyclable?

Yes. Our pump bottles are made of recyclable PET material. After use, you can dispose of them with your plastic waste, so they can be recycled and reused.

Is the perfume in skjur® products also suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes. The fragrances in our products have been carefully tested for skin compatibility. They are low-dosage, allergen-free, gentle on the skin, and specially selected to be suitable for sensitive skin.

Which skin types are skjur® products suitable for?

Our products are developed with balance and skin-friendliness in mind, making them suitable for all skin types. So even if you have sensitive skin, you can use them with confidence.

Why is the cream packed airtight?

The airtight packaging protects the formula from oxygen and bacteria, so that active ingredients such as ectoine and hyaluronic acid remain optimally effective and we do not have to add unnecessary preservatives.

Are the products tested on animals?

Absolutely not. Animal testing of cosmetics has been banned in the EU since 2013. Selling products tested on animals outside the EU is also prohibited. All our products are completely free from animal testing.
